Reverse osmotic dirt is a chemical formed by preventing and clearing the dirt layer on the surface of the membrane on the reverse osmosis (RO) system. The following is the general way of use the general reverse osmosis resistant agent:
Check the RO system: Before using a stuffing agent, ensure that the reverse osmosis system is in normal operation, and there are no other problems, such as leakage or damage.
Preparation of dirt resistant solution: According to the guidance of the product manual, add an appropriate amount of dirt blocking agent to the appropriate container, and add enough pure water or purify water to dilute. Note that different dirt blocking agents may require different dilution ratios, so please read the product description carefully.
Cleaning RO system: Connect the stuffing agent solution to the RO system to ensure that the flow direction is correct. Then open the feed valve of the stool resistant agent, allowing the stool resistant agent to enter the RO system.
Circular stuffing agent solution: Open the circular valve of the RO system, and circulate the stool resistant solution in the system. It is generally recommended to loop the cycle from 30 minutes to 1 hour, but the specific time should be determined according to the requirements of a dirt resistant agent.
Ranking system: After a period of time, the feed valve of the dirt resistant agent is turned off and the feed valve of pure water or purifying water is opened. Clear residual dirt and impurities by rinse RO systems. The rinse time is usually 10 to 30 minutes.
Monitoring system performance: After the flushing is completed, turn off the rinse water valve, restart the RO system, and monitor its performance, including indexes such as water production and water quality to ensure that the system resumes normal operation.
Please note that the above is only the general method of use. The specific steps may be different due to different dirt -resistant brands and products. Therefore, before the use of reverse osmotic dirt, please refer to the detailed manual of the product and operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s suggestion. It is also recommended to consult professionals during use to obtain more accurate guidance.
