The production of HEDP (hydroxyl Boodic acid) is usually performed through the following processes:
Raw material preparation: Mix formaldehyde and ethanol at an appropriate proportion to obtain methanol ethanol (MEE) solution. At the same time, it is prepared to prepare ((H₃PO₃), phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄) and ammonia (NH₃) as other raw materials.
The response step:
a. Reproduction response: Add mee solution and H₃PO ₃ to the reactor according to a certain ratio, and the contraction reaction is performed under the appropriate temperature and pressure conditions. This step generates hydroxyl methalic acid (HPAA) and phosphate intermediates.
b. Add ammonia reaction: Continue to add ammonia (NH₃) in the reaction kettle, and adjust the reaction temperature and pH value to continue the reaction. This step will transform HPAA into the final HEDP product.
c. Neutral and extract: neutralize the pH value after the reaction, and then separate the product from the reaction mixture through the extracting agent.
Refining and drying: The separated HEDP products have been refined, including steps such as filtration, distillation, and crystallization. Finally, the product is dry to get the HEDP crystal or powder that meets the requirements.
Packaging and storage: packaged HEDP products and stored it under standard environmental conditions to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
The above is the general HEDP production process process. Specific process parameters and operating conditions may be different due to different manufacturers and equipment. In actual production, it is also necessary to consider the requirements of reaction control, safety operations, and wastewater treatment to ensure that the HEDP products produced meet quality standards and environmental requirements.
